Scale

Let the weight reach the till with the scale label

If you use a barcode scale, weigh fruit and vegetables on it. When you scan the barcode printed by the scale, the product and weight appear on the sales screen automatically and the amount is calculated by weight.

How do I sell products without barcodes?
Define the product without a barcode and add it to the quick item buttons. On the sales screen you tap the product and enter the quantity. If you use a barcode scale, scanning the scale's label is enough.
How is a scale barcode read?
The barcode on a label printed by a barcode scale carries the product code and weight in a set format. In BenimPOS you define this format once in the scale barcode settings; after that, just scan the label.
Do sales stop if the internet goes down?
No. The desktop app works offline. Sales are first saved on your computer, then synced automatically with your web and mobile account when the connection returns.
Does it work with fiscal cash registers and e-invoices?
Yes, in Turkey. It works with Ingenico, Beko, Hugin, Inpos, Paygo and Propay fiscal cash registers, Ödeal and Pavo e-invoice POS devices, and the MySoft, eLogo, EDM and E-Dönüştür e-invoice integrators. The integrations are free on the BenimPOS side.
Is it paid? How do I start?
You use all features free for the first month after signing up, and no credit card is required. After that you can continue with the free desktop version or buy a license.
