After signing up for BenimPOS, you can use all of our apps free for the first month without any restrictions. At the end of the month, you can keep using the desktop app for free with some modules restricted.

With BenimPOS Desktop V.3.0, you can use the desktop app on unlimited devices at the same time. An annual license includes 1 desktop device free of charge. Each additional desktop device is charged separately. On the "My Desktop Devices" page of the web app, you can buy device rights for the computers where you will use the desktop app and run it on multiple devices in your store at the same time.

The annual license is the most popular BenimPOS plan. It lets you use BenimPOS on every platform: web, mobile and desktop. With the desktop app at your checkout, you can keep selling even without an internet connection, so your sales never stop. With the web and mobile apps, you can follow and manage everything happening in your business, including sales, stock, customer accounts, reports, stock counts, staff and income/expenses, from any device with internet access, even when you are not in the store. Because the web and mobile apps are cloud-based, you can use them on unlimited devices with no per-device fee. You don't need to buy a handheld terminal for stock counts: just scan your products with your phone camera in the BenimPOS Mobile app. If you give them permission, your staff can also do all of this on the web, mobile and desktop platforms.

The free BenimPOS Desktop app includes sales, receipts, returns, product and stock tracking, customers and on-account tracking, offline mode, cash register integration and a sales report for the last 7 days. Profit and cost, full report history, product and group reports, Excel export, staff and permissions, suppliers, purchase invoices, product groups, low stock and slow-moving product lists, weekly and monthly summaries, automatic receipts, customer display and backdated sales are unlocked with an annual license or a lifetime desktop license. In the free version, the desktop app can be used on 1 computer. Cloud data backup is also included in the free version. To access data in the cloud backup, you need a licensed plan. Cloud backup data cannot be downloaded for free.

No. Even if you use BenimPOS for free, you never pay extra for support, remote connection, installation, year-end rollover or new version updates.

Once you decide to buy a license, sign in to your account, click the 4-square icon in the top menu or in the upper-right corner of the app and choose Buy license to purchase online. Your license is added to your account automatically after purchase. If your license has expired, you will see a warning on the sign-in screen and can buy through the link in that warning. You can also pay by bank transfer.

No. Whether you buy a license after your free month or while using the free desktop app, your data is not deleted or lost. You continue with the same data.

Yes. After signing up, you can use all of our apps free for the first month. Say you then decide to continue with the free BenimPOS Desktop app. Later, you decide you also want the restricted modules and remote access to your data: just upgrade to the annual license and carry on. Or you buy the annual license and, as it nears expiry, switch to the free desktop app and keep working with the same data without paying anything.
