Free trial and the free (Lite) version
How the free trial works and whether it can be extended; what stays available in the free version after the trial or license ends, and whether your data is deleted.
As soon as you sign up on benimpos.com, you can use the web, mobile and desktop apps free with all features for 30 days. No credit card is required, there is no contract, and no automatic payment is taken when the trial ends. If you do not buy a license when the period ends, your account switches to the free (Lite) version automatically and your data is not deleted.

Sign up
Click Try for Free on benimpos.com. Enter an email you actively use and your current mobile number: password reset and verification codes are sent to this number. You can also create an account from the Sign Up page in the desktop app.
Install
Sign in to the web, the desktop app and the mobile app with the same email and password. Getting started: First setup.
Keep track of the end date
You see the end date in My Profile › My License. You get an SMS and an in-app warning 10 days before it ends; this message does not mean you have bought a license.

Features locked in the free version show a PRO label in the desktop app. There is no limit on the number of products; a USB barcode scanner also works in the free version.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a demo account? Can I try it without signing up?
There is no separate demo account. When you open your own account, all features are available during the trial; this is the most realistic way to try it. No live presentations or one-to-one demos are given.
Can you extend my trial?
No, the trial period is not extended and is not given to the same account a second time. The trial is given only to newly opened accounts.
My trial ended. Can I start a new trial?
A new trial is not given to your existing account. If you open a new account with a different email address, a trial starts on the new account; however, the data in the old account does not come to the new one.
Will I be charged when the trial ends?
No. Nothing is charged unless you buy; the account continues to work in the free version.
If I do not buy a license or my license expires, will my data be deleted?
No. Your products, customers and sales are kept unless you delete them. When you buy a license, everything opens where you left off.
Is the free version unlimited in time?
Yes, you can use the free version with no time limit.
My license expired and I cannot see my customers or Excel exports.
On the web, the customer pages and export to Excel require a license. In the desktop app, customers and credit tracking also work in the free version. If you want to take your data out, export your product, customer and supplier lists to Excel before the license ends.
I downloaded the desktop app because it is free. Why do I get a license warning?
The desktop app also works in the free version; the warning only reminds you that a license is needed to use features with the PRO label. Sales, stock and credit sales keep working.
Some features were locked after the update. Why?
With the new version, the scope of the free version was updated. Features such as profit, purchase invoices, suppliers, product groups and all past reports are unlocked with a license. There is no going back to the old version.
If my computer breaks while I am on the free version, will I lose my data?
In the free version, the desktop app does not sync with web and mobile; your data is kept on your computer. To access your data in the cloud and download it to a new computer, you need a license. Before changing computers or reformatting, take a backup.
Can I use the mobile app for free?
No. The mobile app works during the trial and on licensed accounts.
If I open a branch, does the branch get a trial period too?
Yes. Each new branch account is free for the first month; after that it is licensed separately.
