Integrations: marketplaces, SMS, online payment collection and more
Which integrations are available and what they cost, marketplaces with Magenty, SMS, Bakiyem online payment collection, accounting software, the API and integrations that aren't available.
You can connect BenimPOS with e-invoicing, fiscal cash registers, marketplaces, SMS, online payment collection and your own software (API). All integrations are opened from the Integrations page at the very bottom of the left menu in the web panel. For how to use the page, see the Integrations page article.

Are integrations included in the license?
Paid modules (Magenty, Bakiyem, API) aren't included in the license fee and are bought separately each year. For free modules (e-invoice, fiscal cash register, SMS), a licensed account is enough. Each module's term runs independently of the license; renewing the license doesn't extend the modules.
Do you set up integrations? Can you connect to my computer?
No. Integration setup is a free self-service service: step-by-step setup instructions for each integration are on the Integrations page and in this Help Center, and you do the setup yourself by following them. No remote connection service is offered for setup; if you prefer, you can give the instructions to a local computer technician and have them set it up. If you get an error that isn't covered in the instructions, send a screenshot to our WhatsApp support line.
I can't see the Integrations page.
The page opens only on the main account or for staff with administrator permission. Click Integrations at the very bottom of the left menu in the web panel; if you don't see it in the menu, log in with the main account.
How do I extend my integration term?
For free modules, Extend appears in the table at the top of the Integrations page 15 days before the end date or once the term has expired; when you confirm, it is extended by 1 year. For paid modules, extending the term is a purchase. After paying, press Sync now on the home page on desktop. If you don't see Extend, message our WhatsApp support line.
Marketplaces and online sales
Do you have an integration with Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11 or Amazon?
Yes, through Magenty. With Magenty, your products' stock and prices are sent to the marketplaces, marketplace orders come into BenimPOS and can be turned into sales with one click. First you open an account on magenty.com and connect your stores, then you buy the Magenty module in BenimPOS and enter your Magenty keys. Steps: Marketplace integration (Magenty).
How much does Magenty cost? Which marketplaces does it support?
The yearly module fee on the BenimPOS side is shown on the Magenty card under Integrations › Other Integrations. For Magenty's membership fee and the marketplaces it supports, contact Magenty.
Is there an integration with quick-delivery platforms such as Trendyol Go, Getir or Yemeksepeti?
No, BenimPOS has no direct integration with these platforms. You can ask Magenty whether it supports them.
The Marketplace section in the left menu has disappeared.
The Marketplace menu only appears while the Magenty module is active and the keys have been entered. If the module's term has expired, renew it; if your keys have changed, update them with the pencil icon on the Magenty row on the Integrations page.
Can I sync stock with my own online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, OpenCart, Wix, etc.)?
There is no ready-made integration with these platforms. Your site's developer can use the BenimPOS API to read your products, stock and prices and transfer them to your site, and to write orders from the site into BenimPOS as sales. Technical details: BenimPOS API documentation.
What does the "online sales" setting on the product card do?
It opens the product to online channels: Export Products sends only products open to online sales to Magenty, and in the API you can list these products separately too. Don't open products that legally can't be sold online to online sales.
Accounting software
Is there an integration with accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, Luca, Paraşüt, Zirve or Akınsoft?
There is no ready-made integration. If your accounting software can import data, your software company's developer can pull your sales, customer, supplier and purchase invoice data with the BenimPOS API. Alternatively, you can export your product and customer lists to Excel (products, customers).
SMS
Can I send SMS to my customers? Is there a fee?
Yes. The SMS integration is free and self-service on the BenimPOS side: you get an account, an approved SMS sender name and credits from İnteraktif SMS or Netgsm, then do a New Activation on the SMS card under Integrations › Other Integrations and enter your API details. The SMS company sets the price of credits. Details: Bulk SMS and contacts.
Does it work with Verimor or another SMS company?
No, only İnteraktif SMS and Netgsm are supported.
SMS messages aren't being sent.
- Check your credits / balance with your SMS company.
- Are the API details and the sender name correct in the SMS settings on the Integrations page? With Netgsm, API access must be turned on in their panel.
- Check that the numbers are saved in the contacts and in the 5xxxxxxxxx format.
- If you see "No response from the SMS provider", try again after a while; if it continues, contact your SMS company.
Can I send automatic messages via WhatsApp?
Automatic WhatsApp messages aren't available. You can share the sales receipt via WhatsApp: Sending a receipt via WhatsApp or SMS.
Online payment collection (Bakiyem)
Can my customers pay their debts online by credit card?
Yes, with the Bakiyem Online Payment Collection module. With Request Payment on the customer card, you send your customer a payment link via SMS or WhatsApp; when the customer pays by card, the amount is reflected on the customer card immediately and you receive a notification SMS. Only registered taxpayer businesses can use the module; complete the Bakiyem application from its card under Integrations › Other Integrations and buy the module. Integrations that aren't available
The following integrations aren't currently available:

API
Does BenimPOS have an API? How much does it cost?
Yes. With the API you can access your products, customers, suppliers, sales and purchase invoices from your own software; you can add and update products and record sales and customer payments. The API module costs 1.800,00 TL per year and is bought from the Integrations › API Integration tab. The services and parameters are in the API documentation, and how to get the keys is in the BenimPOS API article.
Is there a trial or test account for the API?
The API module has no trial period and no separate test environment. To try out your integration, you can use the shared test account; the login details are in the Test account section of the API documentation. This account is public, so don't enter real data.
Do I need a separate API for each branch?
API keys are per account (branch): each branch's data is accessed with that branch's Branch ID and keys. The module is activated separately on each branch account whose data you'll access. When you pull the product list from the main account, you can also see the branch stock.
