License types and prices
The differences between the annual license, the lifetime desktop license and the free version; price, installments, monthly payment and which package to choose.
BenimPOS has two licensed packages: the Annual License (web, mobile and desktop together) and the Lifetime Desktop license. You can also continue without a license, with limits, on the free (Lite) version. There is no monthly plan. All prices include VAT; there is no extra charge per staff member. There is no device limit on web and mobile; there is currently no extra charge for using the desktop app on a second or third computer either.

Accounts outside Turkey
Accounts whose country is not Turkey have a single package: the 1-Year License (web, mobile and desktop together), $189.90 / year, paid by card in one payment. The lifetime desktop license and monthly subscription are not available for these accounts. When you open benimpos.com in a language other than Turkish, prices are also shown in dollars. Which one should I choose?
- Annual License: if you have staff, want to see sales on your phone when you're not in the shop, have more than one till or branch, or will make sales or stock counts with a phone. This is the most popular package.
- Lifetime Desktop: if you work on one computer (one till), run the business alone or with family, and don't need remote web/mobile access. Web and mobile are free for the first year. Details: Lifetime desktop license.
- Free (Lite): if you only want to make sales and keep track of your products and stock on one computer. Details: Free trial and free version.

How much is the license?
The Annual License is 5.949,90 TL (495,83 TL per month when paid yearly in advance), and the Lifetime Desktop license is a one-time payment of 11.749,90 TL. Prices include VAT.
Can I pay monthly? Is there a monthly plan?
No, there is no monthly plan. The monthly amount shown on the website is the annual fee divided by 12; payment is taken yearly in advance. You can pay in installments with your credit card (see below).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay in installments with your credit card: 12 aya kadar, vade farkıyla (Maximum, Card Finans, Paraf, World, Axess, Bonus, BankKart Combo). With installments your bank adds interest, so the total is slightly higher than the one-off price, and each installment is slightly more than the one-off price divided by the number of installments. The number of installments and the amount of each are listed according to your bank when you enter your card details on the Buy License page.
Is there a mobile-only or web-only package? Can I buy a 2-year package?
No. The Annual License covers web, mobile and desktop together; there is no separate mobile/web package or multi-year package. There is no lifetime package for web and mobile either.
On how many devices and with how many staff can I use it?
With the Annual License you use the web and mobile apps on unlimited devices with unlimited staff. There is currently no extra charge for using the desktop app on a second or further tills either. Details: Branch and extra device license.
Does the price depend on the payment method?
No. You pay the same amount by credit card or bank transfer/EFT.
Why does the price look higher in the mobile app?
Purchases made inside the mobile app (App Store / Google Play) include the store's commission. You can buy the same license on the web, from your phone's browser too; we recommend buying on the web. BenimPOS and BenimPOS Pro in the stores are the same app.
Does the license renew automatically every year? Will my card be charged?
No. Your card details are not stored by BenimPOS and there are no automatic charges. Nothing is charged unless you buy; when the period ends, you renew the license yourself.
Do I pay extra for installation, support, updates or year-end rollover?
No. Even if you use the free version, support, installation via remote connection, new version updates and year-end rollover are free.
Is there an extra charge for the fiscal cash register and e-invoicing?
On the BenimPOS side, the e-fatura (Turkish e-invoice) module and the ÖKC (fiscal cash register) integrations are free. Only your e-invoice provider's credit fee and the cash register company's own integration (GMP3) license are paid separately. Some add-on modules, such as marketplaces and the API, are paid; you can see them on the Integrations page.
I have a branch. Is one license enough?
No. Each branch is a separate account and is licensed separately; branch licenses get a discount. See Branch and extra device license.
