Becoming a BenimPOS dealer: application and dealer panel
How to apply to become a BenimPOS dealer, log in to the dealer panel, add customers and activate a dealer license key on a customer's account.
BenimPOS has a dealer program. Companies that work with computers, POS systems, software or similar and serve retail businesses can apply to become dealers. Dealers buy BenimPOS licenses from the dealer panel and offer them to their customers.

Fill in the application form
Apply at benimpos.com/dealer/register. The email and password you use in the application become your dealer panel login details after approval.
Review
Applications are reviewed one by one; a dealer manager will contact you. Dealerships are given to companies; there are no individual (freelance) dealerships. If we can't reach you, we leave a message on WhatsApp; you can reply with a time that suits you.
Log in to the dealer panel
Once your application is approved, log in at benimpos.com/dealer/login with the email and password from the application. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the same page. If you get an “Account is not active” warning, refresh the page; if it continues, message our support line.
What can you do in the dealer panel?
- With Your Members › Add new member, you open a BenimPOS account for your customer; the member is saved as linked to your dealership.
- You see dealer prices and buy license keys; the keys you buy are listed in the Your license keys section.
- The panel's home page has frequently asked questions for dealers.
Dealer prices, discounts and commission terms are given in the dealer panel and by the dealer manager; they aren't on this page.
Frequently asked questions
How do I activate a license for my customer?
A license key isn't assigned to the customer directly from the panel. Log in to the web with the customer's BenimPOS account and type the key in the Enter Your License Key field on the Buy License page. Keys bought a very long time ago that have passed their validity may not work; in that case, message our support line.
Where do I see my dealer key? It doesn't show in the panel.
Look in the Your license keys section of the panel; if it doesn't show after the purchase, refresh the page. If it continues, message our support line with the payment details.
Do you have a dealer in my area?
Our authorized dealers are listed by city on the benimpos.com/bayilerimiz page.
Do dealerships have territory limits?
Dealers work in defined service areas. The details are given by the dealer manager during the application process.
My commission isn't showing in the panel.
Commission and dealer code questions are reviewed by the dealer manager. Message our support line with your dealer email and the email of the customer concerned; your request will be passed on to the dealer manager.
How do I get technical support for my customer?

Does BenimPOS sell hardware too?
No, BenimPOS provides software only. Supplying hardware is the dealers' own service. See Hardware recommendations.
